I pull into the parking lot and there are three employees outside between two buildings smokin' and jokin'. I was greeted from across the parking lot by a lady and I told her I wanted to build a house. She told me she knew exactly who I should talk to. She introduced me to FrankieSue. and the rest is history. FrankieSue is outstanding! I walked in with no appointment. She literally dropped what she was doing and for the next couple of hours (no exaggeration), we talked. Through those conversations, she found a floor plan that she thought I'd like. She was right. FrankieSue told me right from the beginning that we needed to establish a good working relationship. To me, that set the tone. I respected that and I like to think we did and do have a good working relationship. FrankieSue was always responsive even when I had my nose of out our joint. She returned calls and texts in what I felt was a very timely manner. Always professional and always truthful and honest. She is excellent to with and I highly recommend her!"
